STEELPLAN CASE STUDIES TO INSPIRE YOUR KITCHEN

With many designs and ideas to choose from, we understand that it can be difficult to know where to start when embarking on a new kitchen project. But these previous installations might be all the inspiration you need…

Orpington Baptist Church

With plans to extend the building in a way that remained true to the character of the church, lead architect Tim Jackson was faced with a challenge. And as a Baptist leader himself, he understood the need for a kitchen that would make a lot of hot meals. But after outlining the space and extension, he contacted Steelplan Kitchens for input on how the kitchen should be laid out. The result? A kitchen that supports their busy church timetable while maintaining a comfortable, accessible feel, allowing them to launch The Sanctuary Café.

St Mary’s Church, Loughton

After talking about installing a new kitchen for years, the team at St Mary’s finally took the plunge to refit their existing space. They wanted a robust kitchen that served their congregation – and one that was both visually appealing while also of a professional standard. So, with a simple colour pallet, a serving hatch for events, a passthrough dishwasher and a central island, Steelplan Kitchens created a space fit for purpose.

All Hallows Church

Presented with original, gothic stone walls, the team at All Hallows Church in West London wanted a contemporary look that suited the original aesthetic of the space. Opting for sleek, black countertops and cupboards, with stainless steel equipment, Steelplan Kitchens achieved the desired effect, creating a new kitchen that not only looks the part but meets the requirements of the busy church.
