Church House, Bletchingley

In the heart of Surrey, Church House is the newly refurbished community building, updated kitchen included. With four rooms for hire, the team needed a kitchen that was fit for any purpose, from celebration lunches to coffee mornings and soup for the homeless. Working with an ageing oven, broken floor tiles and damaged cupboards, the previous domestic kitchen wasn’t up to the job. But with their choice of attractive dark blue cupboards, two ovens and a dedicated tea point, the semi-commercial, durable steel replacement met all the requirements of being welcoming, pleasing to the eye, sturdy and withstanding.

St Mary’s, Oatlands

With an ethos and values of a welcoming, caring and family church, the team at St Mary’s needed a kitchen that suited their growing community and congregation. Offering a host of activities for both adults and children, the updated kitchen had to be practical, open and safe, while also remaining warm and friendly. With two halls available to hire, including the use of the kitchen, the space also needed to fulfil many different requirements. But with a modern double oven, a large space for many volunteers to work in, two under-counter fridges and counter shutters, the kitchen is now an asset to the 127-year-old church.
